基于卫星产品保证的并行工程的研究

摘要

This paper presents the concepts and relationships between seriesengineering and concurrent engineering to satellite development under practicing the concurrent engineering on the basis of executing product assurance. The models of series engineering and concurrent engineering under the condition of executing product assurance or not are set up to compare, analyse and describe the thoughts and effects to satellite engineering from quality, cost and efficiency, etc. The practical conditions of executing concurrent engineering are analyzed.%针对在产品保证基础上实施并行工程，简述了卫星研制串行工程和并行工程之间的概念和关系，并通过建立在卫星研制过程中无产品保证要求和有产品保证要求两种条件下串行工程和并行工程的模型，从质量、成本、效率等方面来比较、分析和刻画卫星研制过程中实施并行工程的思想和作用；在此基础上分析了在实际中实施并行工程的条件。
