剔除无效决策的灰色群决策方法

摘要

The problem of grey group decision-making is studied. A novel grey group decision-making model which can discriminate and reject the invaIid decision values is proposed. The majorant operator of "rewarding good and punishing bad" is used to standardize the decision values, and the weights of the index are obtained through an optimization model. Then the highest assessment of all the decision schemes is obtained and the invalid decision value is discriminated through the distance with the highest assessment instead of the usual method which rejects the highest and lowest decision values simply. Then the new weights of the decision-makers of the new decision-maker group are obtained, and the result through the grey target method is gotten.Finally, the method is proved to be feasible and effective through an example.%对灰色群决策问题进行了研究,提出了一种可以对无效决策进行甄别与剔除的灰色群决策模型.首先,使用强"奖优罚劣"算子对决策信息进行标准化处理,通过构建优化模型并使用拉格朗日函数得到指标权重;然后,通过确定所有方案中的理想最高评价,以及各决策者评价与最高评价间距离,构建对无效决策进行甄别的模型;最后,对剔除无效决策后决策问题中的决策者权重进行调整,并使用灰靶模型对方案进行决策.应用实例说明了决策方法的合理性和算法的有效性.
