油气长输管道安全应急救援实训系统研究与探索

         

摘要

Aiming at the disadvantages of oil and gas pipeline safety emergency rescue training mode,this paper presents a new training mode based on virtual reality technique.Based on the threedimensional modeling technology,multi-party collaboration technology and component-based dynamic technology,etc.,oil and gas pipeline safety emergency rescue training system simulates realistic environment,accidents and entire emergency response procedures to realize the plan training and simulation exercises for emergency rescue command or management staff.The paper focuses on the overall structure,core technologies and field application of oil and gas pipeline safety emergency rescue training system.The spot application indicates that the system realizes the integration of training exercises,whole three-dimensional simulation and high simulation effect to improve the emergency response capability of staff positions effectively and reduce training cost obviously.%针对油气长输管道应急救援实训方式存在的弊端,提出一种基于组件三维可视化的新培训理念,即根据油气长输管道运营生产典型的现场处置预案,利用三维建模技术、多方协同技术、基于组件动态技术等,模拟仿真现实环境、事故灾害场景及整个应急处置流程,实现对应急救援指挥人员、管理人员的预案培训和模拟演练.重点介绍油气长输管道应急救援实训系统的总体架构、关键技术及现场应用.实际应用效果表明,该系统实现了培训演练一体化、全三维仿真、高真实模拟实战效果,能够有效提升岗位人员应急能力,降低培训成本,具有很强的现实意义和应用价值.
