烧结保温时间对金刚石工具产品性能的影响

摘要

主要讨论了烧结工艺对金刚石工具产品性能的影响，并对烧结工艺中的烧结保温时间对产品性能的影响进行测试与分析。测试结果表明：合理设计烧结保温时间，可以获得产品的最优性能，烧结保温时间过长或过短都会对产品的性能产生影响。%The influence of sintering process on the performance of diamond tools product has been discusses in this article,and the influence of sintering holding time on the per-formance of diamond tools product has also been tested and analyzed.Results shows that:the best performance of the product can be obtained by reasonable design of sintering time.Either too long or too short sintering time will exert an influence upon the perform-ance of the product.
