一种特殊的金刚石合成结构装置

     

摘要

Synthetic diamond is usually synthesized in cubic press,in which the graphite is transformed into diamond under high temperature and ultrahigh pressure at catalyst ac-tion.At present,all the domestic cubic press adopts cylindrical graphite column as its as-sembly structure and use pyrophyllite of a shape of square outside and round inside for sealing.Analysis result shows that the pyrophyllite in contact with the anvil can not work as a seal.So,a special type of structural device for diamond synthesis should be devel-oped to improve the synthetic efficiency and reduce the pressure loss and heat loss during the synthetic process to save synthetic cost.%人造金刚石的合成通常在六面顶压机上进行,是在高温超高压状态下,在触媒的参与下,使石墨向金刚石进行转化的过程。目前国内六面顶压机采用的组装结构都是圆柱形石墨柱,利用外方内圆形叶蜡石块进行密封,经过分析可知,贴着顶锤的叶蜡石是不起密封作用的,所以设计一种特殊的金刚石合成结构装置,能够提高合成效率,降低压力损失和减少合成过程中的热量散失,节约合成成本。
