锚杆钻头PDC倒角对钻进效率的影响

         

摘要

聚晶金刚石复合片(简称为PDC)以其使用寿命长而广泛应用于锚杆钻头上,现场使用证明,PDC切削刃的形态对其在锚杆上的应用性能起决定性的作用,文章分析研究了倒角方式、倒角角度对锚杆钻头用PDC钻进效率和抗冲击韧性的影响,结果表明:在PDC聚晶层外侧倒角15°、在刃口处局部倒角25°、外侧,可大大减少复合片的崩裂,提高钻进效率.%Polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) has been widely used in anchor bits manufacturing because of its long service life.Field application shows that the shape of PDC cutting edge plays a decisive role in its application performance on anchor bits.The influence of chamfering way and chamfering angle on the drilling efficiency and impact toughness of PDC used for anchor bits manufacturing has been sdudied in this article.Result shows that a chamfering angle of 15 ° outside the PDC polycrystal layer and partly 25 ° at the edge,outside,can greatly reduce the PDC crack and improve drilling efficiency.
