针对天然气净化厂脱水装置TEG损耗问题,分析损耗原因并根据现场生产实践提出优化工艺参数、流程改造、加强管理等应对措施,取得了较好的效果.有效降低了TEG的夹带、降解、发泡以及外漏损耗,减少了TEG补充量、高压蒸汽使用量,为企业节约了生产成本.%Aiming at the TEG loss in the dehydration unit of the Natural Gas Purification Plant,root cause analysis was carried out and the countermeasures including optimization of the process parameters,upgrading of the work flow,and the management en-hancement were proposed according to the field practice,and achieved excellent results.The TEG loss caused by trapping,decomposi-tion,foaming,and external leaking was effectively decreased,thus,the operating cost for the entrepreneur was saved due to the reduc-tion of the amount of make-up TEG required and the consumption of high pressure steam.
