270kt/a硫磺制酸装置余热梯级利用实践

         

摘要

介绍了红磷公司270 kt/a硫磺制酸装置余热梯级利用技术改造情况.空气风机驱动用汽轮机出口0.8 MPa、280℃蒸汽28 t/h,需要通过减温减压器减温减压至0.5 MPa、220℃后并入低压管网供下游装置使用.余热梯级利用改造项目取消减温减压器,设置1台650 kW热功汽轮机和1台800 kW异步发电机,发电后汽轮机出口0.5 MPa、220℃蒸汽直接并入低压管网.改造项目实施后吨酸电耗由原来的32 kWh左右降至18 kWh.%Technological transformation of waste heat cascade utilization of the 270 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant in Honglin Branch are introduced.Air blower drive steam turbine outlet 0.8 MPa,280℃ centigrade steam 28 t/h,it is necessary to reduce the temperature and pressure by reducing the temperature and pressure to 0.5 MPa,220℃ and put into the low pressure pipe network for use downstream.The heat and vacuum reducer of the waste heat cascade utilization is cancelled,set 1 set of 650 kW steam turbine power and 1 set of 800 kW asynchronous motor,steam turbine outlet 0.5 MPa,220℃ steam directly into low pressure pipe network af-ter power generation. After the implementation of the project,tons of acid power consumption from the original 32 kWh left to 18 kWh.
