净化装置胺液系统发泡原因分析及调控措施

摘要

普光天然气净化厂净化装置使用 MDEA 溶液进行脱硫,胺液发泡造成胺液的大量跑损,影响 H2S 吸收和胺液再生系统.针对胺液发泡的问题,技术人员分析发泡机理,采用加入阻泡剂、加强原料气和胺液的过滤、优化工艺指标等有效的调控措施,取得了较好的效果.这些可行的消泡措施值得其他类似装置借鉴.%Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant to desulfurization of using MDEA method,foaming not only led to a large num-ber of amine loss and H2S absorption and amine regeneration system of volatility,even influence production.This paper mainly analyzes the phenomenon and causes of the foaming of the amine system in the purification plant,and puts forward feasible and effective control measures to provide the connoisseurs for other similar unit.
