精制糖脱色工艺-树脂与活性炭脱色技术经济性对比

         

摘要

综合精制糖脱色技术领域会议报告与实际运行数据,主要介绍了脱色介质活性炭和离子交换树脂的区别,分析天然色素和糖液加工中产生色素的类型、分子量、色素含量等特性,同时研究和讨论空间结构效应、范德华力、疏水作用、离子交换、氢键作用等不同的脱色原理。在此基础上进行活性炭和离子交换脱色工艺优缺点的全面对比,并作出2种工艺运行成本分析,得出离子交换结合卤水膜回收工艺运行成本为0.85~1.20美元/t糖(1000 t糖/天),同时满足不同进料糖液的色值要求,且设计更灵活、更高效,是制糖工业脱色主流工艺技术。%This article combined lots of decolorization technology of refinery sugar and real production data, mainly introduced decolor intermediate on active carbon and ion exchange resin, analyzed color type, mole weight, color contents in natural color and sugar producing byproduct color, and discussed the different decolor principle on space structure effect, intermolecular force, hydrophobic interaction, ion exchange, H bond interaction. Compared technology advantage and disadvantage of two different decolorization process on active carbon and ion exchange resin, ion exchange resin integrate with salts recovery NF (Nano-filtration) system could get running cost to 0.85~1.20 dollar/t-sugar(1000 t/d sugar), and ion exchange decolor process was more flexible and efficiency technical to be a global refinery sugar main employed technology.
