利用废渣制备软土固化剂及技术经济环境分析

就如何综合效益最优化地利用工业废渣制备软土固化剂进行了研究.先讨论固化土结构形成过程的特点和对固化剂组成的特殊需求,在此基础上提出了利用工业废渣制备固化剂的设计思想和固化剂配比实例,并进行了技术经济环境综合分析.结果表明,只有对固化土结构形成过程有足够的了解,选择适当的工业废渣满足固化土结构对组成材料的特殊需求,才能实现"废渣"变为"资源",制备出性能、价格、环境影响及综合效益俱佳的固化剂.%How to utilize industrial residues to prepare soft soil stabilizer with the optimal overall efficiency is analyzed in this paper. First, the characteristics of stabilized soil formation and the special requirement of stabilizer components are discussed. Based on this, the design thought for soil stabilizer prepared with industrial residues is proposed and an example of stabilizer proportion is presented. Then technical, economic and environmental comprehensive indicators are analyzed. The result shows that only if the formation of stabilized soil structure is understood deeply and industrial residue is chosen properly according to the special requirement of stabilized soil structure to components, the residues can be changed to resources and thus the stabilizer can be prepared with excellent performance, price, environment effect and comprehensive benefit.
