拌和温度对温拌沥青混合料水稳定性的影响

             

摘要

Warm mix asphalt is such a construction technology that the mixing temperature is between cold mix asphalt and hot mix asphalt. For construction temperature of warm mix asphalt is lower than that of hot mix asphalt, the residual water in aggregates cannot be completely evaporated, so asphalt mixture is difficult to reach the required compactness, causing larger pavement void ratio and subject to water damage. In this paper, three kinds of warm mix asphalt are combined and water stability test is carried out separately. Finally,the optimum mixing temperature range is obtained.%温拌沥青是拌和温度介于热拌沥青与冷拌沥青拌和温度之间的一种施工技术,由于施工温度较热拌沥青低,拌和时残留在集料内的水分不能彻底蒸发,沥青混合料的压实度很难达到要求,路面空隙率偏大,容易造成水损害.应用三种温拌沥青进行组合,对不同温拌沥青进行水稳定性性能试验,得出了最佳拌和温度范围.
