Depending on Biot's dynamic equation and using Fourier-Bessel series expansion and orthogonality of trigonometric function, dynamic response of circular arc foundation embedded in saturated soil to obliquely incident plane SV wave is given firstly. Through several numeric examples, the dynamic response effects of incident angle, incident frequency, foundation depth, and foundation rigid and other parameters on the foundation are analyzed.%基于Biot动力方程,利用Fourier-Bessel级数展开以及三角函数的正交性,首次给出了在倾斜入射平面SV波下饱和土中圆弧状埋置基础的动力响应。通过若干算例系统分析了入射角度、入射频率、基础埋深、基础刚度等参数对基础动力响应的影响。
