桥面铺装防水粘结层材料抗剪切性能试验研究

         

摘要

依托南昌市南外环高速公路桥面铺装防水粘结层工程,致力于解决桥面铺装防水粘结层抗剪性能及其研究方面的不足.利用UTM试验系统开发了剪切试验夹具,采用旋转压实的方式分别制作了ES-2稀浆封层、AC-5沥青砂以及SBS改性沥青同步碎石防水粘结层材料复合试件,通过对不同防水粘结层材料进行直接剪切试验,对其抗剪切性能进行研究.结果表明:AC-5沥青砂的抗剪强度明显高于ES-2稀浆封层以及SBS改性沥青同步碎石封层,其层间粘结效果更好;直剪试验的结果可以用作评价防水粘结层材料抗剪性能优劣或划分材料抗剪强度等级,但不能用来确定层间抗剪强度容许值;温度对防水粘结层材料的抗剪强度影响很大,温度升高,材料的抗剪性能会急剧降低;层间抗剪强度容许值的试验温度宜结合当地的路面设计温度和极端高温共同确定.%Based on the project of the waterproof bonding course for bridge deck pavement of South Outer Ring Highway in Nanchang,it's addressed to solve the deficiency of the anti-shearing performance of the waterproof bonding course for bridge deck pavement and its research.The anti-shearing performance is studied by developing shearing test clamps using UTM test system,making the waterproof bonding course compound test pieces for ES-2 slurry seal,AC-5 asphaltic sand and SBS modified asphalt synchronized gravels and conducting direct shearing test to different waterproof bonding course materials.The results show that the anti-shearing strength of AC-5 asphaltic sand is significantly higher than that of ES-2 slurry seal and SBS modified asphalt synchronized gravels.The interlayer bonding effect is much better.The direct shear test result can be used to evaluate the anti-shearing performance or divide the anti-shearing strength grades instead of determining the interlayer shear strength allowable value.The temperature has great impact on the shear strength of the waterproof bonding course materials.The anti-shearing performance will decrease sharply with the increase of temperature.The test temperature of interlayer shear strength allowable value is better to be determined combining with the local pavement design temperature and the extreme high temperature.
