阀门止动环防脱分析

摘要

The reason of valve locating snap ring dropping was studied based on theory analysis. Some methods were supplied to deal with valve locating snap ring dropping. Locating snap ring dropping and prevention method were simulated with FEA method. The results proved the theory analysis. By the theory analysis and FEA simulation, the mechanism of preventing locating snap ring from dropping was understood better, and the results provide direction for design of locating snap ring and its groove.%从理论上分析了阀门止动环受力情况,研究了止动环脱落的原因,给出了几种可以防止止动环脱落的方法,提出了止动环内径的设计方法,并用有限元软件对阀门止动环的脱落和防脱措施进行了仿真模拟,结果验证了理论推导.通过以上分析,加深了对于止动环防脱的理解,对今后止动环及沟槽的设计提供了指导.
