基于修正Coffin-Manson模型的加速寿命试验设计与评估

         

摘要

To solve the difficulty of data processing of accelerated life testing under thermal cycling stress, a design and assessment approach of accelerated life testing was proposed based on modified Coffin-Manson model. Acceleration factor model was developed using modified Coffin-Manson model and the principle to determine the test conditions was given. Monadic and binary linear regression analysis was used to fit the parameters of acceleration factor model, further the product life was extrapolated. Then reliability function was given under normal condition. Monto Carlo simulation example was given to show the validity of assessing product life under thermal cycling stress by using this approach.%针对温度循环应力下加速寿命试验数据处理困难而限制其应用的问题,提出了一种基于修正Coffin-Manson 模型的加速寿命试验设计与评估方法。运用修正 Coffin-Manson 模型建立了温度循环试验的加速因子模型,给出了试验条件设计的原则。用一元和二元线性回归评估了加速因子模型的参数进而对产品寿命进行外推,得到了正常应力条件下的可靠度函数。Monte Carlo仿真实例表明,该方法能有效地评估产品温度循环应力下的寿命。
