新型摆锤式冲击响应谱试验台的研制

         

摘要

摆锤式冲击响应谱试验台是爆炸冲击环境远区模拟的主要设备之一。现有摆锤式冲击台摆锤提升速度慢、负载小、响应加速度量级小,不能满足试验需求,需要研制大负载高量级的摆锤式冲击台。在新型冲击台的设计中提出了一种新的摆锤提升方法,实现了摆锤的快速提升和防二次冲击。经测试,新型冲击台各项指标均达到设计要求,其性能分析对后续冲击响应谱台的设计和试验调试有一定的指导作用。%Pendulum hammer shock machine for SRS is one of shock machines for replication of the far–field Pyroshock environment. The hammer lifting speed of the old shock machine is slow, the load is small, and the response acceleration is low, so the old shock machine cannot meet the testing requirement. A new shock machine which has larger load and higher response acceleration is needed. A new hammer lifting method is used in the design of shock machine, which realizes the quick hammer lifting and eliminates unwanted hammer second shock. According to testing results, all performances of the new shock machine satisfy the requirements for design, and the analysis of this new shock machine is helpful to the future design of shock machine and SRS testing.
