摘要

This paper introduces the method on reliability estimation based on AMSAA model, which can accumulate the failure time of non-repaired product by data transformation, and estimates the form parameter, scale parameter of weibull distribution.%　　在文中介绍了一种基于AMSAA模型评估产品可靠性的方法，该方法通过数据转换，解决了不可修复的威布尔分布产品试验时间不能直接累加的问题，并通过迭代法对分布的形状参数和尺度参数进行评估。
