According to characteristic of composite vessel, simplifying the composite layer, the modal and stress spectral density of composite vessel in random vibrate environment are computed with FE soft Abaqus. The stress spectral density function is calculated with Dirlik rule, the fatigue life regarding average stress of composite vessel in random vibrate environment is analyzed, and the result of the vibrating test is forecasted.%根据复合材料气瓶的特点,对气瓶的复合材料层进行了简化,利用有限元软件Abaqus计算复合材料气瓶在随机振动环境下的模态和应力谱密度,采用 Dirlik 准则计算应力谱密度函数,分析了考虑平均应力影响的复合材料气瓶随机振动环境下的疲劳寿命,对该气瓶的振动试验结果进行了预示。
