两种捕获器的撞击强度计算

摘要

采用Abaqus软件,计算大冲量零件对两种捕获器的撞击破坏作用.计算结果表明,高延伸率材料的带纹薄壁结构较常规材料的简单叠加结构效果好,且与后续的试验结果吻合较好.计算结果及相关分析可供未来类似结构的使用参考.%The impact processes of the part with huge impulse to the two capture boxes are calculated by using Abaqus, by which the thin-walled structure with folding pattern using high elongation material is confirmed to absorb process better than the simple structure using common material, and the calculations agree with experiment results well. The calculation can be referred in the using of the similar structures.
