战术导弹多台并激振动试验技术研究

     

摘要

A tactical missile is planning to conduct a vibration test. Multiple position vibration spectra have been specified and the spectra levels are great difference. It is a very difficult to carry out. This paper presents the solution of the test. Using the whole missile transfer function test data, the optimal excitation position is determined and the required excitation force is estimated. The results show that the test is feasible. On the basis of pre-test, three shaker synchronous excitation scheme is designed to complete the vibration test. The test proved to be very successful and achieved good results. The method provided a good reference value for the multiple shaker vibration test of tactical missile.%某战术导弹提出了全弹振动试验研究需求,由于给出不同位置的试验条件量级差异较大,试验具有较大的技术难度.通过传递特性预试验,优化选择激励位置,并进行试验推力估算,为试验可行性提供依据.在预试验基础上,设计多台并激方案进行实际验证,取得了很好的效果,该方法对细长导弹的多维振动试验研究具有较好的借鉴作用.
