典型冲击载荷下螺栓法兰连接结构失效模拟

     

摘要

基于某含剪力锥销螺栓法兰连接结构,通过模型简化,建立三维有限元模型.模拟了螺栓预紧力加载过程,倾覆力矩和纯剪切两种瞬态载荷下连接结构的失效过程.得到连接结构的失效规律以及在不同载荷下螺栓的失效模式.分析了影响结构失效的因素,并定性给出了提高结构强度的建议.为螺栓法兰连接结构动力学应用设计提供参考.%Based on a certain bolted flange connection structure containing shear pin cone, a simplified three-dimensional finite element model is established. The blots pre-tightening force loading process and two kinds of transient load, overturning force and pure shear, for the failure process of the connection structure are simulated. A failure law of the connection structure and the failure models of bolt at different kinds of load are obtained. In this paper, the factors causing the failure of the structure are analyzed, and the qualitative advices of improving structure strength are presented. The current study provides useful reference for dynamic design and application of bolted flange connection structure.
