卫星可展开附件的扁平式泡沫铝隔冲器研究

         

摘要

针对卫星可展开附件火工品爆炸冲击的抑制问题,文章提出了一种于狭小空间内设计的基于泡沫铝材料的扁平式隔冲器,以某天线展开机构为例开展隔冲器设计与分析,并进行了隔冲器隔冲性能试验,试验结果表明:泡沫铝隔冲器可隔离火工品约80%的冲击响应,有效抑制了火工品冲击对卫星设备的危害.%In order to suppress the initiating device's explosion shock of satellite deployable attachment, the foam aluminum shock isolator designed in narrow space was bringed up. Taking some deployable digital antenna as an example, the foam aluminum shock isolator were designed and analysed. Furthermore, the shock suppression test was carried out. The result indicated that the foam aluminum shock isolator could suppress the initiating device's explosion shock by about 80%, which could reduce the damage to equipment on the satellite effectively.
