某运载火箭贮箱法兰密封结构拧紧力矩的量化

摘要

为提高某运载火箭型号密封结构的可靠性,对运载火箭贮箱开口法兰密封结构拧紧力矩的量化进行研究.通过理论计算和密封模拟试验确定了七种橡胶密封件的拧紧力矩范围及最佳拧紧力矩值,实现了某运载火箭型号贮箱开口法兰密封结构的拧紧力矩量化控制.%In order to enhance the reliability of sealing structure, the research is aiming at quantize the tightening torque of launch vehicle storage tank flange. The result of theoretical calculation and sealing test confirmed the range and optimal numerical value of tightening torque of seven kinds of rubber seals, which make the quantization control of launch vehicle storage tank sealing structure realized.
