2010上海世博会日本产业馆结构“再利用”概念设计

摘要

2010 Shanghai Expo Japan Industry Pavilion is located at the former united hull plants of Shanghai Jiangnan Shipyard. Structural design of the project was carried out based on the theory of "recycle". The basic form of the combined action of both old and new foundation was adpoted, and the joints of steel structure were designed with removable high-strength bolts connection as possible. While at the same time, steel pipes of scaffolding were reserved as the lateral load resisting members during the process of using. The project realizes the effective combination of diversified architectural features of Expo, " Recycle" theory, environmental protection and the economy as well as the safety of structural design.%2010年上海世博会日本产业馆建于原江南造船厂船体联合车间内,其结构设计贯彻“再利用”理念,采用新建柱下独立基础与原有厂房混凝土地坪协同工作的基础形式,钢结构连接节点尽量采用可拆卸的高强螺栓,使用过程中保留脚手架钢管作为结构抗侧力构件,实现了世博会多样化建筑特色、“再利用”基本理念、绿色环保以及结构设计经济安全的有效结合.
