大同云兴大厦结构设计与分析

             

摘要

Composed of international hotel, business building, and five-storey podium, Datong Yunxing mansion belongs to a complex structure with large scale plane, in which the international hotel with four storeys underground and 31 storeys above the ground is a reinforced concrete framed tube structure. The structure above ground with 128. 5 meters in height is approaching the boundaries of class A and class B in the specification of China. The basements of the three components are connected as a whole structure leading to uneven settlement of foundation and excessive stress in the raft foundation, which can be alleviated to the accepted degree by adjustment of natural raft depth and arrangement of late poured bands. The top structure of the hotel is the core tube, in which varied section of columns, beams and shear walls make the sudden stiffness change in a limit range, and some SRC columns eliminate the emergency of super-short columns. Analyzed by different softwares, it was indicated that the structure behavior satisfies the expectation and the requirements in the specification. The fine element simulation provided the design base for the beam-column joints. It is concluded that the framed tube structures exceed 100 metres should be strengthened on the base of time history analyses. The design and analysis may be referenced for similar projects.%大同云兴大厦平面尺度大且复杂,由国际酒店、酒店式办公楼、商贸大厦及五层裙楼组成,高差悬殊.其中,国际酒店为地下四层,地上主屋面高128.5 m,为31层钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构,结构高度接近AB类分界130 m.结构三部分地下室连为一体,通过调整补偿式天然筏基埋深及设置若干后浇带减小不均匀沉降和过大筏板应力.酒店上部结构采用部分型钢柱解决超短柱问题,通过梁、墙、柱截面变化平衡层高变化带来的刚度突变问题.对结构多软件分析结果表明,结构工作状态和性能均达到预期性能目标和规范要求.时程分析结果表明:以反应谱法计算高度超过100 m的框架-核心筒应参照时程分析结果采取加强措施.精细有限元模拟为梁型钢柱斜交节点经济有效设计提供保证.设计及分析可为类似工程提供借鉴.
