以某二层内框架砖房为实例,介绍了内框架砖房抗震鉴定与加固的方法.现场对房屋做了仔细检测和调查,根据现场检测结果进行了结构计算分析,并对砖墙部分的抗震鉴定进行了抗震承载力的补充验算,得出房屋的综合抗震能力不满足抗震鉴定要求.最后给出了相应的抗震加固方案,并对加固后房屋的综合抗震能力指数和抗震承载力进行了计算,结果表明,该方案合理有效,可为类似工程的抗震鉴定与加固提供参考.%In this paper, the method of seismic appraisal and strengthening of interior-frame masonry structures is introduced in detail, taking a two-story interior-frame masonry structure as an example. The building was tested and investigated thoroughly on site. Structural analysis was carried out according to site testing results. Furthermore, supplementary recomputation of seismic capacity was conducted for brick walls of the interior-frame masonry structure. It was concluded that compound seismic capacity of the building cannot meet demand of seismic appraisal. Finally the strengthening scheme was performed, and it was supposed to be reasonable and effective according to the results of compound seismic capability index and seismic capacity recomputation. This paper provides a reference for seismic appraisal and strengthening of similar engineering stracturcs.
