超限高层框支剪力墙结构的抗震性能分析

         

摘要

框支剪力墙结构容易在底部形成大空间,可以满足变化多样的使用要求。但框支剪力墙结构易在底部形成薄弱层,不利于抗震。以云南某在建带高位转换层超限高层框支剪力墙结构为具体研究对象。首先,采用通用有限元程序ANSYS对该结构的抗震性能进行较为细致的数值模拟分析;接着,对该结构进行抗震性能综合分析;并采用弹塑性需求谱的改进能力谱方法对结构抗震性能进行评估。最后,通过改变转换层上、下刚度比以及转换层高度的方式,讨论了框支层相对刚度及位置对结构整体抗震性能的影响。以期为此类型建筑设计的改进提供参考建议。%The shear wall structure with supporting frames form some large spaces on ground floor easily , and satisfy more purposes .But this kind of structural system is usually weak on the ground floors , it violates the seismic concept design .A code-exceeding high-rise building structure with high-level transfer story under con-struction in Yunnan province is taken as the specific research object in this study .Firstly, a refine finite ele-ment model of prototype structure is established .Then, an comprehensive analysis on seismic performance of the structure is given , and the improved capacity spectrum method of the elasto-plastic demand spectrum is used to evaluate the seismic performance of this structure .Finally, the influence of ratio of stiffness between the structure over the transfer storey and under the transfer storey and the height of transfer storey on the global seismic performance is analysed , with the purpose of offering advice on the design of this kind of structure .
