某沿海城市裙房地下室上浮事故分析

摘要

某沿海城市某高层建筑的多层裙房地下室结构施工完成,进行装修时,由于台风暴雨影响,受到水浮力作用产生不均匀上浮,导致地下室结构损伤严重.从结构破坏形态及机理,抗拔桩失效、上浮影响范围等诸方面对该工程进行了仔细的分析,对残余变形及后期永久抗浮加固处理提出了修复建议,并对工程中设计及施工过程中应注意的问题提出了建议.%A skirt building's basement rose up unevenly after typhoon and rainstorm In a coastal city,the basement has been decorated.The column and beam has been destroyed.In this paper,the floated reason of the basement and the failure mechanism of the structure were analyzed after detection,and the reinforcement treatment advice was also been given.Based on the test pile report and the model analysis,we judged whether the uplift pile was failed or not,and give some advices for permanent-anti-buoyant-treatment.The project is combined with tower building,skirt building and basement,whether the skirt building was affected should also be judged.Calculation of the anti floating bearing capacity of the basement has been done to help the analyzation.
