轻木-混凝土跃层住宅抗震性能分析

         

摘要

In order to promote the production and application of green building materials and the development of assembly building,according to the characteristics of duplex apartment and light wood-frame structure,a new high rise residential system is proposed in this paper.In this system,shear wall structure acts as the main lateral force resisting system,and wood structure is used in the unit.A duplex residential building as an example,the structure and the corresponding original concrete structure are compared and analyzed.The results show that this light wood-concrete high rise residential system is a new type of green environmental protection structure.It can effectively reduce the response of the structure under earthquake,improve the economy and security of the structure.The system can be popularized and applied in high density city.%为了促进绿色建筑的推广和应用及发展装配式建筑,结合跃层住宅和轻型木结构的特点,提出了一种以钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构为主要抗侧力体系,在跃层住宅单元内使用木结构的新型高层住宅.并以某跃层住宅楼为例,对比分析了新型结构和原混凝土结构的受力性能和全寿命下的环境影响分析.结果表明新型轻木-混凝土跃层住宅是一种更为绿色环保的结构体系,能有效减小建筑物在地震作用下的响应,提高结构的经济性和安全性,可在高密度城市中推广应用.
