HPLC法测定川陕风毛菊中Encelin的含量

摘要

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of Encelin in Saussurea licenti-ana Hand.-Mazz.METHODS The chromatographic conditions were as follows:Waters Symmetry column C18 (250mm ×4.6mm,5μm),mobile phase consisting of a mixture of methanol-water (45:55),flow rate was 1.0mL· min-1 and wavelength at 214 nm.RESULTS The good linearity of this method was in the range of 0.40~4.0μg ( r=0.9999 ) ,and the average recovery of Encelin was 102.2%( RSD=0.83%) .CONCLUSION The methods is simple and sensitive with good stability,it can be suitable for the determination of Encelin in Saussurea licentiana Hand.-Mazz.%目的 建立HPLC法测定川陕风毛菊中倍半萜化合物的含量测定方法. 方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为 Waters Symmetry C18 (250mm ×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(45:55),流速为1.0mL· min -1;柱温为室温;检测波长214nm. 结果 Encelin在0.40~4.0μg范围内线性良好,r=0.9999;其平均回收率为102.2%;RSD为0.83%(n=5). 结论 该法简便、快捷、重复性好,可作为川陕风毛菊全草中 Encelin含量测定方法.
