紫外分光光度法测定复方甲硝唑酮替芬溶液的含量

摘要

目的 测定复方甲硝唑酮替芬溶液中甲硝唑酮替芬的含量. 方法 采用紫外分光光度法测定甲硝唑,酮替芬的含量. 结果 甲硝唑与酮替芬分别在1~3μg· mL -1和4~12μg· mL -1浓度范围内线性关系良好. 甲硝唑的平均回收率为100.93%,RSD=0.25%(n=5). 酮替芬的平均回收率为96.77%,RSD=0.61%( n=5). 结论 该方法 操作简便,快速,结果 准确,可作为该制剂的含量测定.%OBJECTIVE Measure of metronidezole and ketotifen in compound Metronidazole and Ketotifen So-lution by UV-Spectrophotometry.METHODS UV-Spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of metron-idazole and ketotifen.RESULTS The linearity of metronidazole and ketotifen were well within atherange of 1~3μg · mL-1 and 4~12μg· mL-1,the average recovery of metronidazole was 100.93%,RSD was 0.35%(n=5),the average recovery of ketotifen was 96.77%,RSD was 0.61%(n=5).CONCLUSION This method is convenient, rapid,accurate and arailable for the content measure of preparation.
