星点设计-效应面法优化辣木籽油-β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺

         

摘要

ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To optimize preparation process of Moringa oleifear seed oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex by central composite design and response surface method .METHODS To prepare the inclusion complex by stiring.Inclusion ratio and yield of the inclusion complex was used as indexes ,influence of inclusion time ,inclu-sion temperature ,and ratio of β-CD and Moringa oleifear seed oil to inclusion process was investigated by response surface method.Results were fitted by multi-linear equation , second-order polynomial equation and the third order polynomial.The optimal inclusion process was predicted according to formulation .To evaluate quality of inclusion complex by ultraviolet spectroscopy .RESULTS Optimum inclusion technology of volatile oil prepared from Moringa oleifear seed oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex were as follows:inclusion temperature 63℃,inclusion time 3.8 h, ratio of β-CD and Moringa oleifear seed oil was 5.95∶1.Bias of inclusion ratio and yield of the inclusion complex be-tween observed and predicted values were 1.24%and 0.43%respectively.CONCLUSION Using central compos-ite design and response surface methodology to optimize preparation of Moringa oleifear seed oil-β-cyclodextrin inclu-sion complex had good prediction .%目的:优化辣木籽油-β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺。方法通过搅拌法制备辣木籽油-β-环糊精包合物,将辣木籽油包合率和包合物收率二者的综合评分作为指标,采用星点设计法,设定三因素五水平考察包合温度、包合时间、β-环糊精与辣木籽油投料比对包合工艺的影响,并分别进行多元线性、二项式方程和三项式方程拟合,建立模型,效应面法选取最优工艺,最后通过紫外分光光度法对包合成功与否进行评价。结果辣木籽油-β-环糊精包合物包合工艺为:包合温度63℃、时间3.8h、β-环糊精与辣木籽油投料比5.95∶1,油的包合率和包合物收率预测值与实际值的偏差分别为1.24%和0.43%。结论以星点设计-效应面法建立的数学模型预测效果良好,该方法适用于辣木籽油-β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺优化。
