复方五倍子漱口液与氟化泡沫在防治龋病中的疗效对比与成本分析

摘要

OBJECTIVE To compare the efficacy and cost of compound garlic r inse and fluoridated foam in the prevention and treatment of dental caries.WT HZMETHODS Selected 60 cases of dental orthodontic adolescents who wer e treated in our hospital from May 2014 to July 2015,were treated with compound gallnut rinse alone,fluoridated foam alone,and compound gallnut rinse and flu oride Foam in combination to prevent enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment.The efficacy of each regimen was evaluated after 24 months of enamel demineralization,and the cost was analyzed.RESULTS Through th e comparison of enamel demineralization in orthodontic therapy with rate and dem ineralization of tooth demineralization degree,found that the combined use of c ompound gallnut gargle and fluoride foam to prevent caries effect than single an d single use of fluoride foam to gargle with compound gallnut (P0.05).CONCLUSION Compound garlic rinse with fluorinated f oam in combination to prevent dental caries efficacy and cost is not high,more suitable for clinical use.%目的 对复方五倍子漱口液与氟化泡沫在防治龋病中的疗效及其成本进行对比分析.方法 选取我院2014年5月到2015年7月收治的60例进行牙齿正畸的青少年为研究对象,分别单用复方五倍子漱口液,氟化泡沫,和联合使用复方五倍子漱口液与氟化泡沫来预防正畸过程中易发生的釉质脱矿现象,以24个月后的釉质脱矿程度来考察各方案的疗效,并对其成本进行分析.结果 通过对比矫治后牙釉质脱矿率和脱矿牙脱矿程度,提示复方五倍子漱口液与氟化泡沫联合使用预防龋齿疗效明显比单用复方五倍子漱口液和单用氟化泡沫显著(P0.05).结论 复方五倍子漱口液与氟化泡沫联合使用来预防龋齿疗效更高且成本不高,更加适合在临床上推广使用.
