农民工技能培训的收入效应研究--基于珠三角与长三角调查数据的实证分析

摘要

This article uses Mincer Earnings Function with OLS methods to estimate the income effect of the migrant workers’ skills training ,based on the survey data of migrant workers in 19 cities of the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta in 2010 .The results show that :firstly ,participating in skills training can overall make the migrant workers’ income increase by 7 .15% which is higher than rate of return of a year formal education;Secondly ,for the income effect of different characteristics of the skill training ,pre-job training and on -the -job training ,longer duration training ,training provided by the enterprises and social organizations ,and training with a certificate ,have more obvious income promotion effect for migrant workers .%使用2010年7月针对珠三角和长三角19城市农民工的问卷调查数据，采用明瑟工资方程并利用OLS方法对农民工参与技能培训的收入效应进行了估算。结果表明：参与技能培训总体上能使农民工收入提高7．15％，这一数值高于农民工接受一年正规教育所产生的收益率；岗前培训与在岗培训、持续时间较长的培训、由企业和社会机构提供的培训，以及培训后能获得相关证书的培训对农民工的收入具有更为明显的提升效果。
