磺酸盐型芳烷基双子表面活性剂的合成及性能

         

摘要

实验以工业化的α-烯烃磺酸盐为原料,采用改进的"Berger"法,于150 ℃,固载超酸催化剂作用下,经酸化和烷基化反应18h,分步合成了萘双烷基双磺酸钠阴离子表面活性剂,α-烯烃磺酸盐转化率可达80%以上,比改进前的工艺法提高近6%.在弱碱条件下,该表面活性剂复配体系与原油间的界面张力值可达1.87×10<'-3>mN/m,有望用于三次采油等领域.%The aryl alkyl Gemini surfactants with the special molecular structure possess unique characteristics in surface chemistry.They are widely used in the tertiary oil recovery.On the basis of “Berger” process, improvement has been made by using AOS as raw material.Catalyzed by solid-supported super acid catalysts, Gemini surfactant naphthalene dialkyl-sulfonate was synthesized at 150 ℃ in 18 h process of acidification and alkylation.The final conversion reached up to 80%, with nearly 6% increase, compared with the original method.In the weak-alkalization system, the interfacial intension between oil and the flooding system could be lowered down to 1.87 × 10-3 mN/m, indicating that the surfactant can be used in the tertiary oil recovery.
