1-苯基-1-辛醇聚氧乙烯醚(BO-10)的合成

             

摘要

以苯、辛酰氯、硼氢化钠和环氧乙烷为原料,通过傅-克酰基化反应、还原反应和加成反应合成了1-苯基-1-辛醇聚氧乙烯醚(BO-10),通过红外吸收光谱和核磁共振波谱表征了产物的结构.对其反应条件采用正交试验进行了优化,得到正辛基酰苯的合成的适宜条件为:反应时间90 min、反应温度30℃、n(AlCl3)∶n(C7H15COCl)=1.6∶1、n(苯)∶n(GH15COCl)=9∶1;1-苯基-1-辛醇的合成的较佳反应条件为:n(NaBH4)∶n(C14H22O)=0.8∶1、V(C2H5OH)∶m(C14H22O)=8∶1、反应温度70℃、反应时间为80 mins.在此优化条件下,1-苯基-1-辛醇的总收率能达到86.01%,目的产物的加成数约为10,与壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NPEO10)的性能相近.%Benzeneottanol ethoxylates has been synthesized with benzene,octanoyl chloride,sodium borohydride and ethylene oxide as raw materials by Friedel-Crafts acylation,reduction reaction and addition reaction.Their structures were characterized by means of IR and 1 HNMR.With analysis of a series of orthogonal experiments,the most effective Syhthetic conditions of the first step is:using benzene and octanoyl chloride as raw materials in mole proportion about 9 ∶ 1,mole ratio of aluminum chloride to octanoyl chloride 1.6,keeping the temperature about 30 ℃,the reaction time was 90 min.The optimal syhthetic conditions of the second step is:dissolving octyl acyl benzene into the anhydrous alcohol in proportion about 1 ∶ 8(g ∶ mL),putting in the sodium borohydride in mole proportion about 0.8 ∶ 1,then maintaining the reaction 80mins under 70 ℃.The overall yield to Benzeneottanol is 86.01%,ethyleme oxide adduct number of target product is about ten.Surface active of BO-10 and NPEO10 are similar.
