水貂阿留申病分子生物学及防控技术研究进展

摘要

Aleutian disease of mink(AD) is a chronic and persistent infection caused by Aleutian mink disease virus (ADV) .It is one of the im-portant infection diseases for mink breeding and distribute in the worldwide .In the last few years ,the oversea’s scholars had done a lot of work in molecular virology and diagnosis of AD .This review described research development in aspect of molecular virology and diagnosis of AD by international and domestic academics and offered a proposal to this disease in order to offer a reference for further research .%水貂阿留申病是由阿留申病毒引起的慢性、持续性传染病，是危害水貂养殖业的重要疫病之一，在世界各养貂国家均有分布。近几年来，国内外、学者在阿留申病毒的分子生物学、诊断等方面做了大量研究工作，本文将着重介绍国内、外学者在这两方面对阿留申病的研究情况，并对该病的预防提出几点建议，以供进一步研究参考。
