装配式剪力墙新型竖向连接的抗剪试验研究

     

摘要

介绍了一种装配式剪力墙新型竖向连接,先后进行了共计6个试件的双剪和单剪试验.首先对两种布置方式的4个试件进行双剪试验,每种方式两个试件,确定最优布置方式和最不利剪切面.试验结果表明:方式1比方式2的抗剪承载力提高4.5%,且极限位移较小;同一试件相比,剪切面l先于剪切面2破坏,为最不利的剪切面.在双剪试验的基础上,选择布置方式1和剪切面l,对两个L形试件进行单剪试验,进而确定此种连接的抗剪承载力.研究表明:此类新型连接的抗剪承载力为171kN,极限位移为4mm,延性较好,具有一定的工程适用性.%This paper introduced a new type of vertical connection used in fabricated shear wall.The double and the simple shear test of 6 specimens were carried out successively.Firstly,the double shear test was carried out on 4 specimens with two kinds of arrangements,two specimens in each arrangement,to determine the optimal arrangement and the worst shear plane.The test results showed that the shear capacity of the first arrangement is improved by 4.5% compared to the second arrangement,and the ultimate displacement is smaller.Compared two shear planes in the same specimen,the first shear plane was destroyed ahead of the second shear plane,and it was the worst shear plane.Based on the double shear test,choosing the first arrangement and shear plane,the shear strength of the connection was determined by the simple shear test of two L-shaped specimens.It is found that the shear capacity of this new connection is 171kN,and the ultimate displacement is 4mm,which has better ductility and certain engineering applicability.
