玻璃钢化粪池的模压工艺应用及其性能分析

摘要

本文主要介绍了复合材料SMC的性能及其模压工艺,并对SMC模压玻璃钢化粪池性能进行了有限元分析,说明了模压工艺在玻璃钢化粪池行业应用的可行性.最后阐述了模压玻璃钢化粪池的型号规格及应用范围,并对模压玻璃钢化粪池的施工要求做了简单的介绍,实践表明模压玻璃钢化粪池在生活污水处理的应用是值得肯定和推广的.%This paper mainly introduced the performance and the molding process of SMC composites,the properties of molded glass steel septic tanks were analyzed by finite element method,and it was illustrated that the application of molding process in the glass industry septic tank is feasible.Finally,the model specifications and application range of molded fiberglass septic tanks were described,and a brief introduction about construction requirements of molded fiberglass septic tanks was made.Practice has proved that molded fiberglass septic tanks in sewage treatment application is worthy of recognition and promotion.
