风城油田水平井辅助SAGD技术参数优化

     

摘要

风城油田SAGD先导试验区生产8 a,始终未出现井组蒸汽腔连通情况,井对间储层动用缓慢.调研国内外同类型油藏发现,SAGD井间加密水平井可提高蒸汽腔扩展速度,提高采收率,并在SAGD开发项目中得到普遍应用.以风城油田重32井区SAGD区油藏参数为基础,开展数值模拟研究,以此明确水平井的布井原则,优化了操作参数.研究结果表明,水平井辅助SAGD生产后,单井组日产油增加6 t/d,采油速度提高1.00%,采收率提高9.9个百分点.该研究成果对水平井辅助SAGD生产具有一定的理论指导意义,也可为后期老区调整奠定基础.%Steam chamber connection between different well groups has never been found during 8a of production in SAGD pilot district in Fengcheng oil field,resulting in slow depletion in reservoirs between wells. The research on similar reservoirs around the world shows that infilled horizontal wells between SAGD wells improves expansion rate of steam chambers and improves recovery and therefore it is widely used in SAGD development projects. Based on reservoir parameters in SAGD district in Zhong32 block in Fengcheng oil field,numerical simulation is done to de-termine deployment principles for horizontal wells and optimize operation parameters. The results indicate that daily oil production increases at 6t/d for each well group,oil recovery rate increases at 1. 00% and recovery increases at 9. 9% after using horizontal wells to assist SAGD. The research results provide guidance to horizontal well assisted SAGD production and lay a foundation for further adjustment in mature blocks.
