应用双层集总参数法的微小卫星简化热分析方法

         

摘要

针对微小卫星方案设计阶段热分析的需求,提出了一种简化热分析方法,适用于热耦合性较好的微小卫星热分析.该方法将卫星的温度分析分为稳态温度水平分析和温变幅度分析两方面,可实现小时级的热分析且结果准确.经对比某微小卫星的简化分析结果与基于物理模型的全数字仿真分析以及热平衡试验,结果表明:简化分析计算结果偏差小于3℃,满足工程计算需求,能够真实反映卫星的温度水平,可应用于微小卫星方案阶段的热设计.%For a thermal analysis requirement in the pre﹣design phase, a simplified thermal analysis method is presented, which applied to microsatellites with well﹣internal thermal coupling.The method separates thermal analysis in two parts: steady﹣state temperature prediction and temperature variation prediction.A thermal analysis within hours could be realized with accurate results.Comparison with numerical simulation analysis based on physical model and temperatures in thermal balance test,the deviation of simplified thermal analysis could be less than 3℃,which meeting the demand in engineering calculation.The simplified thermal analysis could reflect the thermal distribution in microsatellite and supply references in the pre﹣design phase of microsatellite.
