光学遥感卫星平台结构热变形试验及测量技术研究

         

摘要

The complex thermal circumstance is the key factor that influents the structure deform-ation of satellite platform.In order to fulfill the requirement of the satellite platform,the author designed the examination of the satellite platform structure deformation which could precisely get the structure deformation of satellite platform,the relative orientation between the two camera mounting surfaces,and then extrapolation of satellite orbit thermal deformation rule in designed in the paper.The test simulates the typical working condition of heat flux on the satellite plat-form,and tests the thermal deformation of two camera mounting surface using digital close range photogrammetry technology.The results of thermal deformation measurement show that the maximum deformation of installation surface of A camera is 5 7.5″,and the maximum pointing deformation of B camera mounting surface is 79.3″,which can be used as the basis for thermal deformation prediction of satellite during orbit operation.%太空复杂外界热环境是平台结构热变形的关键影响因素,为了满足某高轨光学遥感卫星对热变形的特殊要求,更准确获取平台结构热变形引起两台相机安装面指向变化,及两相机安装面之间的相对指向变化,进而推导卫星在轨热变形规律.文章设计了卫星平台结构热变形试验,模拟在轨典型外热流工况对卫星平台实施加热控制,使用数字近景摄影测量技术实时测量和分析热变形引起两台相机安装面的绝对指向变化和两相机安装面之间的相对指向变化情况.热变形测量结果表明:A相机安装面指向最大变形57.5″,B相机安装面指向最大变形79.3″,模拟试验的结果可以作为卫星在轨运行期间热变形预测的依据.
