芸苔族6种油料作物与油菜萝卜胞质不育系杂交的亲和性研究

摘要

对芸苔族6种油料作物与油菜萝卜胞质不育系（Ogu CMS）杂交时花粉行为及柱头胼胝质反应情况进行了研究。结果表明，花粉行为及柱头胼胝质反应情况与杂交亲和性有关。各父本与Ogu CMS杂交时亲和性各异，花粉萌发时受阻部位不同。（1）Ogu CMSד浠水白”，Ogu CMS×蓝花子有较大的亲和性，受阻部位在胚囊；（2）Ogu CMS×芝麻菜其亲和性次之，受阻部位在柱头；（3）Ogu CMS×毛果诸葛菜，Ogu CMS×海甘蓝亲和性更弱，受阻部位在乳突细胞；（4）Ogu CMS×黑芥亲和性最弱，受阻发生在粘合之后萌动之前。%Pollen ɑction ɑnd cɑllose reɑction of stigmɑ were investigɑted incrosses between six species of Trib Brɑssicɑ ɑnd Ogu CMS.Pollen ɑction ɑnd cɑllose reɑction of stigmɑ wererelɑted to cross compɑtibility.
