The soil samples were processed by alkali fusion, and fluoride ion selective electrode was used to determinate fluoride content in soil. Uniavariate ANOVA showed that the best TISAB was TISAB Ⅱ , the optimal dosage of TISAB and HC1 was 15.00, 6.00 mL,respectively, and the optimal condition of heating temperature and clarification time was 600 ℃ and 20 min. The method was proved reliable and effective for the determination of fluorine content in soils by validating quality samples and standard addition test.%用碱熔法处理土壤样品,采用氟离子选择电极法测定土壤中氟的含量,确定了TISABⅡ为最佳离子强度剂,通过单变量方差分析筛选出了土壤中F测定的最佳因素TISAB用量15.00 mL,加热温度600℃,盐酸用量6.00 mL,澄清时间为20 min.通过对质控样进行验证实验和加标回收实验,证明该条件准确可靠,对土壤中氟离子含量的测定十分有效.
