土壤pH对滇重楼生长、养分含量和总皂甙含量的影响

             

摘要

研究了土壤pH对滇重楼生长状况、各器官营养元素含量及根茎总皂甙含量的影响.结果表明,根茎增长率、茎叶鲜重、根数、根系鲜重、根长随pH增加呈先增后降的趋势,根茎增长率以pH 6.54最高,茎叶鲜重、根数、根系鲜重、根长以pH7.42最高.土壤pH对滇重楼各器官N、P、K含量的影响规律各异:土壤pH对新老根茎、根系氮含量有显著的影响,但对茎叶氮含量影响不大;新老根茎磷含量随土壤pH升高而增加,而茎叶和根系磷含量则有相反趋势;土壤pH对根系和茎叶钾含量的影响远大于对根茎钾含量的影响.新老根茎总皂甙含量随土壤pH升高而增加.综合考虑土壤pH对滇重楼生长、营养状况、药用部位生物量积累和总皂甙含量的影响,建议在滇重楼人工栽培中,土壤pH应控制在中性范围(6.50~7.50)为宜.%The effect of soil pH treatments on the growth status, nutrient content and total saponin content of Pairs polyphylla var. Yuwianensis were studied in this paper. The results showed that the increased percentage of rhizome, fresh shoot weight, root number, fresh root weight and root length were increased, and then decreased with the increase of soil pH. The highest rhizome increased percentage was at soil pH 6. 54, and the highest fresh shoot weight, root number, fresh root weight and root length were at soil pH7.42. There were different rules of soil pH on N, P, K content in various organs. There were significant effects of soil pH on N content in new and old rhizome and root, but there was little effect of soil pH on N content in shoot. P content in new and old rhizome was increased with the increase of soil pH, but there were opposite tendency in shoot and root. The influence of soil pH on K content in root and shoot was larger than that in rhizome. The total saponin content in new and old rhizome was increased with the increase of soil pH. Comprehensively considering the influence of soil pH on growth, nutrient status, rhizome weight increased percentage and saponins content, the reasonable soil pH for the cultivation of Paris polyphylla var. YunnanenU was suggested between 6.50 and 7. 50.
