基质、促根剂及插穗对杜鹃红山茶扦插生根的影响

         

摘要

为探索不同处理对杜鹃红山茶硬枝扦插生根的影响,以1年生杜鹃红山茶枝条作为扦插材料,分别探讨基质种类、IBA和NAA的应用、来自枝条不同部位的插穗及插穗留叶片数等因素对扦插生根的影响.结果表明,不同基质对杜鹃红山茶扦插的生根率、愈伤率、根长和生根数等各扦插指标的影响差异达极显著水平,经300 mg/L IBA+ 300 mg/L NAA处理3h后,扦插于混合基质(V珍珠岩∶V椰糠=1∶1)的插穗生根率最高,达76.67%;采用IBA作为促根剂其浓度与处理插穗的时间对插穗的生根率有极显著影响,NAA浓度对于插穗生根率的影响不显著,经400 mg/L IBA+ 100 mg/L NAA处理4h的插穗生根率最高,达80.56%;枝条基部所剪制插穗扦插的生根率明显高于枝条中上部,从生根率角度考虑,选择枝条基部剪制插穗并保留两片半叶为佳.%The research aimed to explore the effects of different treatments on rooting of Camellia azalea hard-wood cutting.Using the one-year-old hardwood of Camellia azalea as cutting materials,the influences of different factors,including cutting mediums,application of IBA and NAA,cutting collection positions and leaf-retention on cutting rooting rate were studied.The results were shown as follows:the different cutting medium presented had a significantly different effects on cutting rooting rate,callus rate,root length,and root number,and the rooting rate was up to 76.67 % on the mixed medium (Vperlite∶ Vcoir =1 ∶ 1) with cuttings soaked in 300 mg/L IBA + 300 mg/L NAA for 3 hours.Different IBA concentration and cuttings soaking time significantly affected the rooting rate.Different NAA concentration had no significant effect on the rooting rate.The highest rooting rate (80.56 %) came from the treatment by 400 mg/L IBA + 100 mg/L NAA for 3 hours soaking.In terms of the cutting rooting rate,cuttings from the basal section of branches and 2.5 leaves left was preferred for C.azalea hardwood cutting.
