可持续发展视角下的重大节事与广州城市发展——后亚运时期对广州亚运城建设的反思

本文回顾了广州举办六运会、九运会前后,其选址、规划和建设策略对于广州城市结构发展产生的重要影响,提出城市新区进行重大节事建设所应当遵循的基本原则,并以2010年亚运会为例,对广州亚运城的建设思路进行了剖析,通过分析其战略高度与恰当角色之间的矛盾,对比广州新城建设的理想与现实状况的差异,从城市可持续发展的视角,反思在重大节事建设过程中所应当保持的理性务实的策略态度,并对亚运城的发展提出策略建议及展望。%This paper reviews the great influence of the strategies on planning and construction to the development of the urban structure in those big events in Guangzhou, including the 6th National Games and the 9th National Games, to propose basic principles for the construction in the new urban areas during the big events. It takes the 2010 Asian Games as example to analyze the contradiction between its strategic position and the appropriate role, compare the difference between the ideal and the reality. Based on a sustainable aspect, it rethinks the rational and practical strategies in the big events and gives suggestions for the development of the Asian Games Town
