浅谈浦东新区卫生信息化建设及其项目管理

摘要

This article introduces the present situation of Pudong New Area health informatization, information standards and ongoing projects. Project management approach, project process and specification are also explored and summarized. Pudong health informatization according to the requirements of medical and health system promotes the construction of information systems, achieves resource sharing and service coordination at the regional health information platform, and improves management efficiency and service level of medical and health institutions.%本文介绍了浦东新区卫生信息化建设的现状、信息化标准以及正在建设中的卫生信息化项目，并对该项目的项目管理方法、流程及规范作了探索和归纳。浦东新区卫生信息化建设按照医药卫生体制改革的要求，推进并深化信息系统建设，实现在区域卫生信息平台上的资源共享和服务协同，提高各级医疗卫生机构的管理效能和服务水平。
