[目的]分析太原市中心城区医疗资源配置现状,探索其特点和原因,为太原市中心城区医疗机构设置规划提供参考。[方法]通过卫生统计年鉴获取资料，利用普查的方法调查了太原市六城区医疗机构，采用描述性分析进行统计分析。[结果]1.太原市中心城区区级及以上具有独立用地范围且用地面积＞1000㎡的医疗机构有125所，主要集中在迎泽区、小店区、杏花岭区，占总数的47%；2.中心城区共有医疗床位22,920张，千人拥有床位6.69张；3.中心城区共有各级各类医疗卫生机构卫技人员千人指标为7.84人；4.中心城区各级各类医院门急诊总人次为831.10万人次、住院总人数44.12万人次，三级医院门诊人次占总门诊人次的72.32%、住院人数占总住院人数的74.61%。[结论]1.基层医疗服务功能和水平有待提高；2.就医流向不合理，资源利用效率低；3.城区之间医疗资源分布不合理。提出科学合理制定卫生规划，健全基层卫生服务体系，合理统筹床位设置，加强卫生技术人员培养的建议。%Objective Analyzes present situation of medical resource allocation in central urban area of Taiyuan, and explores the characteristics and reasons so as to provide references for medical institutions allocation plan.Methods Collected data from Health Statistics Yearbook, using the method of census survey. Investigated medical institutions in six urban areas by general survey method. Analyzed the data by descriptive analysis. Results 1. There were 125 medical institutions which areas were independent and over 1000㎡in urban area of Taiyuan, mainly concentrated in yingze, xiaodian and xinghualing district, up 47% of the total numbers. 2. There were 22920 beds in urban area ,the number of hospital beds per thousand people was 6.69.3. There were 7.84 health technicians per thousand people in a variety of health institutios.4. The total outpatient and emergency person-time of hospitals were over 8.31 million, and total number of hospitalization was 441200. The out- patients of tertiary hospitals was 72.32% of the total, the number of hospitalization was up 74.61% of all. Conclusions 1. Service function and level of grass roots needs to be improved. 2. It is unreasonable in seeing doctor flow direction, resource utilization efficiency is poor.3. The medical resource unbalanced distributed unreasonable. It puts forward that scientific and reasonable formulate the health planning, perfect grass roots health service system, reasonable plan as a whole beds setting. Strengthen health staffs’ training.
